It’s a Stick- up
The product arrived in a small package well wrapped and protected from potentially being damaged in the postal system. On opening the packages it was apparent that they were of robust stainless steel construction and appeared to be exactly what are required for fitting in a bathroom to wall tiles. It is extremely important when using self-adhesive hooks of this nature that you correctly clean the surfaces to which it is to be stuck. It is clear in the instructions that any traces of grease or soap film could potentially cause adhesive failure. I carefully cleaned the tile surface to decrease and carefully positioned the hook on the tile. There are clear warnings in the instructions that once it makes contact with a clean surface it will instantly bond and so you need to be very precise about where you wish it to be fitted – you cannot remove it and re- stick to the wall; if you do then it is likely to fail. Having bonded the wall hook to the tile, you must leave it for 24 hours for the full body strength to take effect. Having done this it holds very easily a heavy towelling shower robe - and when wet this weighs at least 2 kilos. I regard this as an excellent product and can recommend it to use, and I will be purchasing more in the near future as the need arises.
