I think this is the 6th time I've purchased this from this retailer. It's the best chinese curry sauce that I've found and believe me, I've been looking for years. If mixed with cold water and broken up beforehand, it makes a very smooth and spicy Chinese curry sauce. The consistency can be varied easily by adding cold water. I added to chicken onions mushrooms. and Peas and Cook all together but can be made as a separate sauce to put on the table. Each pack makes two pints of curry sauce.
