Mipa lacquer
This is my first time using a 2-pack lacquer. I was very impressed,it gives a lovely fan spray pattern, it flashes off between coats as normal, initially after application the finish looks a little bit average but after a few moments it flows out beautifully and gives a lovely even gloss finish.Despite this being a 2-pack lacquer, it was initially quite soft and I could scrape my fingernail in it. It did take well over 3 days to completely harden. Now it has dried rock hard and I just have to get around to polishing it but initial impressions are excellent and I would highly recommend this product as one of the best lacquers I have used.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

mipa 2k aerosol lacquer (simply the best 2k aerosol clear you can buy)
this stuff is hands down the best way to apply clear to your car if you dont have access to a compressor, forget all the 1k clears they are useless in comparison to this!! if you are using this remember its a proper bodyshop 2k meaning it has icosyanates which is lethal especially in confined spaces, dont use it unless you have a proper mask and be careful with your eyes obviously, as its an aerosol its got a higher thinners content to allow it to flow at a lower pressure but hardens as good as a gun finish ( just dont apply too much and allow it too flash off) you will end up with a fairly orange peely finish but once fully cured hitting it with 2500/3000 wet and dry with a good buff and this stuff is amazing. so much so i just bought another two tins to do my arches sills and alloys on my car, after finding out how good it was on my partners car! used hers as a test lol.. the only downside is that if your only doing a small repair there can be quite a bit left over which after 3 days will be solid in the tin, so spray as much things as you need painted at once, been on my partners car for 5 months now in a high impact area ie the sill behind the front wheel and its not even got one stonechip... A 1k clear would have been chipped to bits by now, ( im a panel beater by trade )Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Amazing results
Great quality product worked well the spray pressure was perfect atomised well and sat great with no orange peel, left a little longer to cure around 30hours as it’s winter and only wanted to paint once 😂 I also felt the shelf life after activating was a lot longer than stated saying 5hours on can I sprayed the can after 9hours just to test and still seemed working fine so I would recommend a great real 2k option for home / hobby ectVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

If you have some experience or knowledge of prep and paint, then you will be surprised by the results. I'm a fully qualified motor paint technician and was confident about this product.. And I was right ! I'm familiar with the Mipa company and attempted to use this product by clear-coating a medium sized car bonnet grill and front bumper. The result came out remarkable well. Top quality clear coat
