superb item only downside AA battery driven, but no great problem. I have another camera which cost considerably more but nervous of it being stolen or of leaving it somewhere, but since buying this camera I enjoy using it so much I haven't used my other one.
Had one before good little camera.

I have not used this camera a lot but I am happy with the quality of pictures that I have taken so far and the its functions.
A great simple to use digital camera. I have always been impressed with Samsung products ~ this camera certainly does not disappoint. The pictures produced are superb and easy to transfer to PC and edit for both Printing or Photo CDs. Good Zoom ~ both Optical & Digital. I have also found the use of CRV3 batteries for benefical than using 2 X AA batteries. The CRV3 batteries maybe a little more expensive to purchase, but last up to 8 times longer. I personally use the Recharge CRV3 variety which offer even more value for money. Only downside of Samsung Digimax A6 is the TFT Screen, which from reports I have read, are easily damaged. I have since purchased a screen protector which I hope will address this problem. In all I find this camera to be excellent value for money !
This camera in my personal opinion is awesome. It's a simply compact point-&-shot but gives you the edge with manual professional settings. It includes night vision, 6MP, a handy ASP mode, 10 scene modes, manual, video (with pause function), and audio modes. The camera has 3x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. A built in 32mb memory + SD slot. The A6 has a lovely 4cm macro mode, automatic mode (for beginners), shutter-priority, and aperture-priority, as well as exposure compensation and white-balance adjustment settings Competitors: Kodak EasyShare DX7630, Casio Exilim Pro EX-P600, and Sony DSCP10 Cyber-shot Digital Cameras.
I always been a fan of Fuji Camera's But i needed a camera for work and i didn't want to spend a lot. So i found the A6 on here and i decided to go for it. I wasn't expecting much and wasn't too excited about it until it arrived and i tried it. I was so shocked with the quality of the pictures and the speed of getting ready for the next one. The Camera is very easy to use. and on auto mode you will think you are professional photographer for the quality of photos you can get out of it. The camera have different settings for night/sports/close objects and you can even use it to record video with sound. The sound part is not the best but it will do acceptable fair recording. The only down side is that the batteries die fast, because of that i want to buy some good rechargeble batteries and i hope that will help. The best thing about this Camera is that it takes like 2 seconds to power up and be ready, The menu is very easy to read. If you buying it second hand for less than 20 pounds then i think it's a good buy. Now my partner is trying to pinch it from me lol.Read full review
Hello Everyone, I have owned one of these for nearly 3 years and I recently bought another for my girlfriend!! What a superb high quality camera, at 6.2 mega pixels the quality on high range is superb, you can zoom in on a shot and zoom in without too much pixelation and is a perfect movie shooter too, many functions and if you buy this camera I can assure you you wont be disappointed. When I bought mine it came boxed with cd software and case with strap and all documentation. Memory card nopt included but I would recommend if you are using on high range setting, Hope this helps kind regards rulebritainia
