this stuff is magic
I have nothing but praise for this cleaner it is really amazing. My motorcycle has been laid up for over a year and the alloy was very furred over from the damp conditions. I really thought I would have had to get the buffing pads + drill and prepare for a days cursing. Anyhow read the instructions on the tin which said to use sparingly and not to rub hard (I laughed). To my utter amazement this stuff when rubbed on and then buffed lightly made the ally look like it had just got back from the polishers. They say use sparingly! I hardly used any at all, this little tin will do all four of my motorcycles many, many times over. Highly recommend this product, Value for money second to none. Expensive for what it does..
I'd seen lots of videos (youtube etc) with people raving about this stuff, and as I had an alloy motorbike petrol tank to polish up thought I'd try some for myself. I ordered a 141g (Why not make it 140g ?) tub at £12.95 - so it's certainly not cheap.. All I can say is that I really can't see what the fuss is about, yes it polishes, but it's no better than say - Brasso, Silvo wadding, and certainly no where near Solvol Autosol. It looks very much like Solvol as it is an off-white colour with a creamy texture, but unlike Solvol, it gets a brown liquid forming on the top of the paste when it has been on the shelf for a few days. Not attractive and probably just needs mixing in, but it kinda puts you off using it. In summary, all those people (mainly Americans) who were raving about this stuff, have obviously never tried Brasso, Silvo or Solvol which is much cheaper and just as good if not better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent- really works.
I bought the pack with two applicator pads and two cleaning cloths. Having used plenty of other cleaners before, I was hopeful but not sure. Well I needn’t have worried. This really works- instantly and well. I used it to clean, in preparation for display, some old 1970s skateboard trucks. All I can say is that 30 minutes later, they have a cleaner, shinier finish than some NOS ones I also own. Excellent stuff (they are magnesium aluminium). The smaller jar is perfect - I needed only about 0.5 cm from the top to clean both, but rest assured, I’ll be buying more when it runs out. Works well on sun damaged headlights

Cracking stuff
Never quite used anything like this. Removes oxidation and shines aluminium brilliantly. You can actually get a finish on aluminium like chrome, so easy to use and you don't need much to get the results you want. I highly recommend Mothers Mag and Aluminium polish without a doubt 👍🏼 Have a look at the 2 photos. This was the before and after pics after less than a minute on the top of the forks on an old mountain bike I have. This was just as a quick test as I had never used it before.
