Good quality, easy to identify, versatile.
If I gave 5 stars that would mean "amazing" according to the adjudicator, no, this is not amazing, it's a tool bag, that does exactly as you expect. However, it is quite robust and suitable for harsh working conditions. The reason I purchased a OEM tool bag more than use a OEM toolbox, is simple, a box is unwieldy, a bag is far more flexible and easier to carry, although it can not protect your tools like a dedicated box, I can still spot the tools I am looking for with it OEM badge and colour schemed trim.
