I love this new hot iron. It is so much more effective than my old one that just didn't get hot enough to make my hair smooth and straight. And my hair stays straight for days. That is a huge improvement over the old one. I had this one recommended by my hair stylist. She held hers out in front of me so I could see the brand and said the Paul Mitchell Pro Tool is the only one she uses. I went home and began my search. It's Okay .
I have to run it through my hair several times to get it straight. My hair has a little wave. It doesn't seem to work as well as my beautician's flat iron did and it is allegedly the same kind . The iron heats up quickly and has larger plates than a standard iron. It straightens hair while eliminating frizz and adds body and volume when needed. The larger plates help straighten your hair quicker. With this iron you can also do little curls as well which is awesome. The iron cools down quickly and also has the auto off feature which is necessary for a scatter brain such as myself. I have owned Conair, GSD, Lange, and a Chi and I prefer this iron over all of them. I have naturally curly, thick hair and this works perfect for me.
