ENO Fruit Salts are great!
I love ENO Fruit Salts. I used to use this when I was a child in the '60s. Now, I'm in my 60's. I guess it's like Alka-Seltzer, but I've never used Alka-Seltzer, so I'm not exactly sure. I think Alka-Seltzer has aspirin in it, but ENO doesn't. I take it after dinner, and it helps me burp. I think it has helped me lose over 40 pounds in the last 2 years. I was looking for similar products from when I was a kid, such as Brioschi, Bromo-Seltzer, and such. I was using Brioschi, but they changed it, and it doesn't taste or work as well as it used to. Then I found ENO again, and I love it. It tastes good, and helps me burp, and I think it has helped me lose all this weight.
