Cured the burning feeling on the soles of my feet !! Tried every cream or treatment under the sun. It is helping dramatically with sore dry palms/hands and burning feet. I've taken 2 a day(1/2gm for 2 months), now lowering to one a day. "My research!!" Showed 2gm a day would safe. "DO YOUR OWN/DISCUSS WITH YOUR G.P" My hands felt like i had ropeburn/burn or were very dry especially if I cup my hands and try to warm hands with hot breath. My breath actually felt like it was burning my hands. Not sure how much energy they give if any ? Certainly not hyper etc. I am continuing to take these for the reasons mentioned above. I've had zero noticeable side effects taking 2 a day. According to one medical site it's possible to take 2g or 8 of these everyday (assuming my maths are correct ☆☆) Check with a sympathetic medical professional !! Check dose level and maximum safe dose. I read one online professional medical institution site that stated it is safe to take 2g (8 of these tablets of 250mcg/0.25gm everyday with no negative effect). I have taken 0.5gm/2 tablets in the morning These are 5 times stronger than n.h.s. version. I have multiple disabilities and taking B12 along side Vit-D has helped tremendously. Search and buy bloodtest kits online etc. PLEASE DO NOT JUST ACCEPT MY STATEMENT. Research for your own safety and confidence. I am no a professional !!! I was able to start sailing after a few weeks of taking these B12. I also take a "Iron with multi-vitamin included" and a omega3 fish oil capsule. I bought these because I read that if you are a type 2 diabetic & taking Metformin, it can literally suck the natural B12 right out of you, so as I was having tiredness issues, I thought I'd give them a go. I have to say I have noticed a difference. I'd become one of those people who hits the snooze button 5 times before finally getting out of bed, but that has ended. As been unable to get b12 injection I was told to try these tablets although a little large after a few days of taking them I do feel the benifit. They work as they should so now I will do without the injections as if NHS can't be bothered to contact us who need this b12 and no web information on when we would be getting b12 injections in the future. I wasn't even told you could get b12 in table form and been getting injections for over 5 yrs now. Shame on yous Dr's and NHS leaving b12 depending users to die.
