This Compex has been a lifesaver trying to come back from a grade 2-3 calf tear. It’s really intuitive, easy to use, and has allowed me to reduce the swelling and to slowly strengthen my calf muscle. The manual doesn’t really talk about restoring the stickiness of the electro stim pads, but a quick YouTube search showed that all I had to do was rinse the adhesive off between uses and voila…super stickiness…sometimes too much so. :) All in all, it was a great purchase!
