Great tool but a little heavy- Just take more breaks.
Should have got one of these Years ago. Easy to operate and being able to take the pole away and only use the chainsaw is a great option. The no tools chain tension is easy to use. Great for high limbs and also on a bank. I went through a 9 inch Oak limb easy enough just don't force it. The only concern is it is heavy at full extension so keep this in mind. You can't go into the logging business but Your property will look great in a short afternoon.I'm sold on this product. Remington Pole saw
This Remington pole saw really surprised me .it cut very well and extended 15 foot .It chewed thru big limbs like they were nothing with the 10 inch blade .It cuts better than my gas saw . Perfect for around the house use
Love that the Remington ranger II is a two in one product. In chainsaw mode it cuts through thick logs like a hot knife through butter and can also be used as long pole saw. Perfect for around the home use. Used it to cut down large branches high in trees and then switched to chainsaw mode to cut up into acceptable sizes for bulk trash day. The best of the 3 pole saws I have owned.

Nice for cutting high branches
Easy to change over works as advertised. No problems. It is a little top heavy as expected but no problem to operate. Cuts fine but I will change cutting chain as soon as cutting slows down to save electric motor. Since it is electric its slower running than gas saw. But still cuts fine.
