On the most part this is an OK watch-once-only biopic. Its production values and period authenticity were well done and the acting was good, but the story was a really poor attempt at reflecting Ginsberg with any real depth. Her experiences, judgements and world view were crushed into cheesy "aha" moments, making her ground breaking, precident-setting defences seem like flukes. Ginsberg apparently approved of the film and a family member wrote it. I found her Wikipedia entry far more illuminating and inspiring.
