Set up not for the weak hearted/fun once its up
Having this pool is fun, the kids love it. But the setup was absolutely awful. No one tells you until you open the instructions that underneath the pool has to be completely level. I spent two weekends straight digging and hauling dirt for under the pool and it still isnt perfect but it is acceptable to swim in now. You also need to buy 12x12 pavers to put under the feet. If you dont, your pool will sink and could collapse. With that being said, once it's up it's a nice little pool and fairly easy to take care of.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Stay away
We were very excited to get the Summer wave. After setup and filling it with water, we discovered a leak. Contacted summer wave, they fedex a replacement liner. Went through the whole setup process again, the 2nd liner has a leak as well. At this point we’re frustrated of all the wasted time and water. Contacted summer wave again, they said where the leak is coming from it can be patched. This is just not acceptable when you buy a new product. Summer fun!
Not bad. It had a minor leak on one side, but the patched it up with flex tape, and hardly any leaks. Same with the filter pump. It had its harrowing moment, but it was solved by tightening all the areas needed. It’s a fully functional pool. It’s off set but that’s not the products fault, it’s the way our flooring was built. Hoping it lasts all summer. It feels like being in a theme park resort, or a tropical getaway. Very good pool so far. No regrets, but the price is way too outrageous for what it’s worth. But COVID-19 will jack up the prices on these things since you can’t find them at any stores. Overall, it’s a good pool.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great pool, get a larger pump
Great pool, easy set up and the instructions were great. Only reason I did not get 5 stars was the pump. The pump/filter they provide does not quite cut it. I recommend getting a larger sand one as that is what I am doing. Other than that I love the pool!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Head above water exercise for 2 little old hobbits
We paid a premium price for this pool due to the covid 19 rush for home entertainment such as above ground pools. It is perfectly adequate and we are enjoying it. Two elderly people had steps added. This is a fairly light weight above ground pool. I am not sure how much heavy activity it could handle but for us it is just fine.

Not a great invention
The only issue I have is because the pump is attached to the side of the pool , you can not fill the water over the filter hole otherwise the water over flows out of the top of the filter, so the actual water depth is only 34”s in this 42” depth pool. So if it rains or you are cleaning the pool you will need to drain out the excess water if it is higher than the filter hole. If the pump was not attached you could get more water in the pool.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
