Wonderful product
I use this every night in bed. I was suffering constant lower back pain before using this and had looked for something to raise my legs to alleviate my pain. This worked. It is comfortable, so easy to use and has the bonus of taking my feet off the bed so my heels aren’t touching anything. This helped with the pressure discomfort there. Worked great while sleeping on back, but like many people, have to change position occasionally, then it's not so good. That being said, however, if just resting whilst raising legs it is absolutely excellent. Surprisingly good for swollen legs ( & lower backs)
Bought this 'pillow' after experiencing swollen legs after major knee replacement surgery. Was sceptical about getting much benefit - but it is an amazing help. Raises legs higher than hips (when you lie flat on the bed/sofa). Drains the swelling, is comfortable because of the memory foam cover plus cover can be zipped off to wash. Another benefit, to me, is it anchors me flat on my back, and I don't roll onto my side & put pressure on the new knee. Leg raisers for bed tend to have 4 measurements. The numbers for this product are W (42cm) L (64cm) Larger Bump (18cm) for ankles and Smaller Bump (12cm) for back of knees. Just what I needed
Having broken my ankle and needing to keep my leg elevated to keep the swelling down, this was perfect, especially during the night when I'd previously found it difficult to sleep.
