Good product no good in UK.
I was led to believe this product could be used in the U K (240) volts this carpet cleaner was 120 volt useless in UK £100.00 wasted.

Miss titled and defective
This was sold as a spot cleaner ProHeat Pet it is not a pet cleaner it was in the heater does not work on it

Nice compact unit
I like the heater feature, but would have preferred a rotating brush head. As it happens, though, the brush head from my prior Bissell unit, which didn't have the heater, works on this one, so, best of both worlds!
