IXO MOC300 1/43 Scale 2017 Jaguar XE SV Project 8 In Metallic Red Diecast Collectors' Model
IXO released MOC300 in 1/43 Scale last year and this represents the 2017 Jaguar XE SV Project 8 in Metallic Red. This is a diecast collectors' model which I would HIGHLY recommend even if you don't already own the 1/43 Scale rendition in Bronze-Orange which was released as Issue 42 of the Panini 'Supercars Collection' Magazine.
The Jaguar XE SV or 'Special Vehicles' Project [Number] 8 consisted of four vehicles originally all of which were distinguished by colour. By tradition the first off the line is Bronze [sandy] Orange followed by Silver. The Red version which this is was third followed by the Metallic Blue version finally. The XE SV differs from the standard build XE and those features are well represented in this scale by IXO when the two are stood alongside each other as they would do in real life. The other two versions: Silver and Metallic Blue are not produced in 1/43 Scale although IXO also produce the Standard Build XE as a Jaguar Corporate or Dealership Model. Only Hot Wheels have marked the existence of these two in their range of 1/64 Scale Diecasts.
So this features in my 10 / 10 FULL MARKS line up of verdicts and comes extra-highly recommended for Collectors to own. This will be quite a pricey acquisition but I feel you will not be disappointed if like me you decide this is for you. As said you don't need to own the Panini 'Supercars' Issue model to get yourself an interesting and rewarding talking point for your collection. This will achieve all that on it's own as a remarkable piece of British Automotive engineering though ownership of a standard build XE too would create this more thinks me :o)
