Does exactly what you'd expect. Simply plug in a fridge and heater of your choice, tape the thermistor somewhere appropriate and then set the target temperature. Job done, Inkbird will try it's best to keep at that temperature. You can then go further and narrow/expand down the temperature range before the heating/cooling will kicking, or increase the delay before starting the cool to protect the fridge. Being wifi there is also an app so you can see and control this data from your phone, but I didn't bother with that. If you are feeling adventurous and don't mind invalidating your warranty you can install Tasomta on it and then take all this data in to the software of your choice.

Using this to convert chest freezer to fridge. Seems to do the job. Only improvements I would like to see is more configuration of software. For instance it would be good if I could alter the recording frequency of the data points. Would also like to able to set timers for the low and high alarm i.e. set a duration for how long the low or high set points are exceeded for before it alarms.
