Don't bother
It's really difficult to get the holes the right size... I'm actually pretty disappointed with the way it actually looks... I really like DIY projects like this too, but I'm really disappointed with the final look and how the stars are projected. The base is pretty crappy looking too... Wouldn't recommend.
