Dream of a steamer
I've had a few steamers over the years but this is by far the best of the lot. I'm 70 now and had my fill of buckets and mops and the VAX S2S Hard and Bare Floor stick mop is so easy to use it's a treat to clean my floors! Now the practical bits - I answered yes to "lightweight" as there was nothing else in between that and no. In comparison to other cleaners it is slightly heavier but not unwieldy. You really feel as though you have quality for your money. The cable is the longest I've found in a steamer which means no unplugging as you clean. To fill with water just slide off the front compartment and fill, slide back into place and you're ready. Likewise with the detergent compartment, but only use detergent if the floors are really dirty, as the steamer is more than powerful enough by itself. Controls are easy to read, just switch on and wait 20-30 seconds and you're ready to go. It comes with 1 standard mop cloth but spares are easily found on eBay I almost forgot, you also get a base plate to stand the steamer on when finished.
