Very well made and finished machine . Good features for dispensing a measure cup , or continuous for fillings coffee pots or cooking water .
The instantaneous heating and low noise level was a good feature we liked . The simplicity of filling the water tank which had the option of including a standard water filter was good , as we use a water filter in our filling jug , we have not used this facility . A nice addition to any kitchen instead of a kettle
Well it does what it supposed to do, boil water but to me the design could of been tweaked a bit, I only have 2 faults with it 1. The water reservoir could of done being removable for easier filling. 2. So glad I bought this hot water dispenser, it really is instant. So handy for my elderly mother, just one button to press.
