Good Quality
After a family scare I experienced slight anxiety. I tried Boots St Johns Wort and it gave me crazy side effects. I gave up and after one month I was recommended this brand and it has given me no problems at all. It says 3 tables per day but I only take half on one tablet a day and I notice the difference.
