Gives a big performance at a budget price!
Ok so this Cambridge Audio DAC converter is not the newest one on the market. It may not be cutting edge but it produces cutting sound. It has significant improved the sound from my TV and other devices. iPod, iPad and iPhone. I have gone from lacklustre to vibrant, full and bright. So for the price. (Plus a little extra on good quality leads and connectors) I have achieved improvements that would be hard to beat without spending a fortune. I am always impressed with Cambridge Audio products. They are simple in design. Straight forward in set up and use and most importantly deliver exceptional quality sound. This is all backed up by a friendly, helpful and enthusiastic customer service team. I am, when using the rubber stand provided, able to stand this little gem on its end. Thus taking up less space on my tv stand. It has very discreet blue indicator lights that do not distract from the viewing experience of the HD screen. The very precise volume control, allows me to get the perfect pitch from my KRK Roket 6’s. I now have HD sound to compliment the picture. I can stream music through my tv or connect directly to my iPod. This combined with the lossless music files gives an excellent clarity of sound. A little box at a little £189. Gives a big performance at a budget price. Thank you.
