Yes it can be picked easily but most padlocks can amd those that defy the lock picker for a long time are very expensive, but even the best can be picked by a confident lock picker. This lock should deter a brute force attack for a while, it has a strong shackle and shackle body. The discus design helps to prevent bolt croppers getting at the shackle. In my view, unless your storing gold bulion you may as well go for an affordable lock that offers adequate protection and I think this is fine for the price.
