This floppy book is a great introduction to the German model railway scene and is a great refresher for those like me, who are returning to German model railways after a fifteen year gap. There is not as much about N gauge as I would have liked, but most of the things said about other gauges can be adapted to N gauge. The text is clear and easy to read and in a similar format to Peco's Continental Modeller magazine, but in greater depth. The photographs are stunning and the page layout is well done and easy on the eye. Perhaps we could do with a book from Peco dealing with the wider European railways and Japanese railways, but this book is an excellent read. Thank you Peco!
