Great Features, Easy and Effective
Great trowel. It appears to be very well made, is of good weight and has lots of features. Serrated edge cuts though garden twine and compost bags. The handle is a comfortable and secure grip The pointed end and finely molded sides enable you to dig through tough and hardened soil. I have managed to empty a large and over compacted pot very effectively with this trowel, where other trowels/spades have failed. Top multi tool
This is and excellent design. Sturdily built and appears quite robust. Surprisingly good serrations though not too sharp which are great for cutting through roots when necessary. It’s a good weight, heavier than simple trowels but you soon don’t notice and that weight comes in handy when using the metal capped handle to hammer in stakes or bamboo canes. The measurements will no doubt prove to be a handy reminder when it comes to bulb planting etc. It’s a great purchase for a freelance gardener who doesn’t really want to lug all their tools around constantly.
