decent mixer for the price.
the flour program doesn't allow enough time for kneading the dough,I have to hit the flour button three in succession to allow enough time to ensure the dough is kneaded properly.I cannot find any advice ref this quirk.I would have thought there would be a constant speed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quick fix mix
Didn't have the cash for the one I really wanted, so plumped for this. Compared to my one that died this is very light and plasticy. The beaters are plastic too which I'm disappointed about, but I desperately needed one. Takes too long to beat cream
I used my machine as soon as I got it and I thought it would do everything from start to finish as I just cannot make a simple decent sponge cake, but I was surprised to see I had to still fold in the flour in the end which is the most tricky bit in making a decent sponge cake. I thought the machine would mix it but I had to do it by hand. Fortunately the cake turned out OK. Then I had to whisk the cream and it took forever, so much so I used my hand held mixer which did the job in a few minutes, so i was again dissapointed.
