It feels really refreshing. It is not as thorough as regular flossing. It is an excellent supplement to traditional flossing. a complicated beast
The airfloss contains two pumps: a piston air pump and a peristaltic fluid pump. When new, it ejects an energetic plum of air and fluid which really cleans between the teeth. However, because of its very complicated construction it rarely lasts a year. I've had three so far, each lasting less then a year.
