I have used ID11 for many years, consistant results and keeps well in airtight containers. Recommend using the stock solution diluted 1:2 as a one shot film developer, HP5 20 mins. At 20 degrees. It's standard for a reason
Standard lab soup, good for pretty much anything b&w. Ilford got the recipe right so long ago it's never changed. Good economy if you buy the 5L pack and store it airtight for up to 6 months in a wine-in-a-bag-in-a-box dispenser. Can dilute or use as stock.
