Of good quality & value, would recommend it to anyone, my old one lasted 15 years before it began to fall apart. The only problem I found was that it was not so easy to put together. As I assembled one part, another fell out of place. Fitting the handle and stabilizers needed a degree of brute strength. Though it does come with reasonably clear assembly instructions, it was because of my old Kingfisher hose trolley that I understood them. As yet I have to attach hose pipe to it, fingers crossed all will be well.

Arrived in good time and easy to assemble. Holds all my 50m of hose easily BUT, when I started to wind in the hose onto the reel the handle started to slip in it's housing resulting in winding up the remaining hose using the drum. Poor quality with the fixing mechanism really letting down what could be a good product.

This portable hose reel is very poor quality and not very strong in design. It is not strong enough to take the length and weight of hose that is claims. The handle for winding up the hose is also very weak and not up to the task. Although the reel was not expensive, it is not good value as it not up to the job that it is meant to do.

Looks good, but not strong enough to take even a 30 m hose. Generally flimsy, and although parts 'click' together fairly well, they come apart easily, especially the central reel section. Handle not strong enough to utilize the winding of the hose. Mine snapped off! I am of the opinion that this reel would be more suited to the collapsible thin expanding type hoses. Sorry!
