Brilliant and inexpensive sharpener
I have two AccuSharp knife sharpeners, one for the kitchen and one for my fishing boat. They are safe and easy to use and produce a fine edge. The tool will sharpen any size of knife, and when the carbide inserts wear out (mine are still in great working order) they can be reversed and used again. I don't use mine on my Japanese knives preferring to use a stone but for everyday sharpening you can't go far wrong.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best and easiest sharpener around
I love this sharpener and try to get everyone I know to get one. The one I bought this time was a gift to use with the new stuff for a new bungalow. I've never found a sharpener quite like this one. I have a lovely professional one too, plus the regular blue and white one. I love the fact that you can get new blades for them, although they're not easy to find. A very good little knife sharpener.
I have had the accusharp knife sharpener about 4 weeks and am very pleased with it. I have sharpened several knives which were all very blunt and they are all now very sharp. The sharpener is very easy to use, although you have to be patient and not use heavy pressure. A very nice little tool, and I would think one of the best knife sharpeners for the price. Bring back your old knives to life...
