I'm a regular repeat user of these heel pads for casual shoes, walking boots, running and tennis shoes. They are durable, provide good heel cushioning, and good value. If you have susceptibility to achilles injuries these are the way to go, along with sorbothane full stride soles. They are quite thin, but ok on their own or can be doubled up if required.
