Can't seem to make it work.
This is well made and looks great but just cannot make it work. The rolls of cling film and foil do not unroll smoothly and when you have at last managed to get some to come out, when you cut it, it rolls back inside of the dispenser so that you have to take it all apart and re-thread the roll again. Doesn’t work

overall thoughts
very efficient service, arrived early. A good looking piece of equipment but is doing my wife's head in as the silver foil does not feed through without being screwed up which means more messing about by taking the back off and trying to feed the foil back through the slot provided. Top price poorly finished.
The outlets for both foil and cling film have to pass over the edges of the pressed steel outlets which have NOT been deburred (smoothed) so the contents get get snagged or torn, you have to file these smooth. Not fit for purposw
This dispenser is cheaper and flimsier on inspection than it looks in photos. This would not be a problem if it did what it should. After countless failed attempts to successfully load it I managed to do so and fit the front on to the wall mounted back. But film and foil either tear or once torn retreat back inside the dispenser meaning more wasted product while you attempt to refeed foil or film back through again. Slight Disappointment
Housing seems sturdy enough, but the brackets that clip on for the kitchen roll are plastic. The reason that I bought a stainless steel one is that the plastic brackets on my 2 previous ones broke. Time will tell I'm sure.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
