Humbrol has been the modellers standard for decades. Suitable for indoor or outdoor usage. Brush straight from the tin. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat. The usual thinning ratio is 2 parts paint to 1 part thinner.

Very good paint however if applied straight from the pot it requires about 5 coats as there is far too much oil in it and not enough pigment. I let it stand for some time to separate the oil which comes to the top of the pot. Drain most off and then apply the paint. Put the oil back after use

Humbrol is the best Enamel paint on the market, ive tried others but they all lacked the deep colour, durability and long lasting effect this paint has on a multitude of jobs

Not the same
Iv used humbrol enamel paintts for over 35 years yet this tin is by far the most useless,,,,it is much thinner when stirring....does'nt cover as well s usual, in fact it looks very weak and watery. Not a good buy in my opinion.
