An OK tool but not special.
This fits well onto the filters that it is designed for, but the 3/8" drive may not go in far enough to lock properly. I did start to bend it when trying to undo an overtightened filter, but to be fair the filter had been very much overtightened.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
