The drill bits are not affixed to the Hex fittings properly. The glue used is not robust enough to stop the drill bit from spinning within the Hex fitting. I ended up using the drill bit without the Hex part. Thecdrill bits are robust enough. But I'd purchased these for a reason. Handy for use as little chuck adjustment needed over multiple size bits, speeds up multi-hole projects, allows hand use with standard HEX handle or screw driver. The smaller bits are not perfectly aligned with the hex shank causing some wobble in a pillar drill, this may affect drilling precision.
