Got to be the best tool I've bought in ages, especially for the money!
I was slightly concerned this wouldn't really do what I needed it to do, that is, cut curves into floor tiles. BUT IT DOES! just take it easy, go over the line a few times until the tile is willing to snap off. Fantastic finish that amazed my plumbers. They do the awkward jobs but be sure you have enough to complete it.
I’ve used one of these cutters before and it was great and had recommended this to my plumber as he couldn’t believe the quality of the cuts on the tiles. However this one only managed about a quarter of the work the previous one did. I didn’t expect it to last for ages, but more than one cut, was expected based on the previous one I purchased. Cuts glass
Although it is not listed for cutting glass, I found my 3000 Dremel will cut glass with very light pressure and minimal speed. For that reason it is good but obviously, extreme care and eye protection is essential when doing so. If doing this cut the whole area very lightly before trying to cut right through the material. Take time and progress slowly to prevent and uncontrolled shattering or random cut pattern.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A CUT ABOVE THE REST
BRILLIANT CUTTING WHEEL. USED IT TO CUT SOME PORCELAIN TILES TO REPLACE THAT I HAD TO DAMAGE TO REMOVE MY BROKEN DISHWASHER.
