It works! Lost weight in days and I haven't had to stop eating!
Amazing! I've been mixing 150ml of this with 100ml of lime and lemon juice adding three to four table spoons of cayenne pepper and then pour it into an empty bottle and use it like squash adding a little to a mug and then adding cold water. it works so well! I drink around six mugs of this a day and I have not only lost weight visibly but the scales don't lie! Almost a pound a day and I've only been on it for four days! I eat normal healthy food I am a vegetarian but I do love my cheese. So long as I remember to have more water then food each meal I'm good. And so is my weight. Buying again soon!!
