Lids could be reviewed by makers ...
Everything appears as should be, but the lid can be fiddly at times, but when on is quite secure.

Not Dual Voltage
I bought the kettle to use abroad and although, it worked well, Once I was abroad and attempted to move the dial on the bottom to adjust the voltage, I discovered it was locked in one position. So, I was unable to use the kettle abroad which was the main reason for buying it. Very disappointing.
