    Good value, easy to use, produces great coffee

    Works well and produces good strong coffee and hot frothed milk. Let the machine heat until the light comes on - just be careful not to walk away when the water is going through the coffee grinds as there is no automatic 'stop'!

    Nice machine but I would never buy another.

    No complaints about its ability to make great coffee. I'm very happy with that. But of all the coffee machines I've owned over many years it has the worst basket holder I've ever come across. It's so bad that when this machine has to be replaced I'll never buy another De Longhi. The problem with it is the basket falls out of the holder when knocking out the coffee grounds, making it a misery, and messy, to use.

    Bought this to replace an older DeLonghi model which had stopped producing steam. I’ve been really impressed by this machine. It’s very easy to use and produces an nice espresso with a decent cream. The steam wand heats the milk very quickly and produces a rich foam.
