Springs flew out on first use.
The first time I set one of the traps the two springs came out and made the trap useless. The bait keeps disappearing from the remaining one but only catches the culprit about 1 in 5 times. The traps with a large flat trigger area work far better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Simple and reliable
In my view clearly the best simple mouse trap on the market. I have used one successfully for 40 years and when I decided that two would do the job more quickly (in an outhouse with a bit of a mouse problem) was delighted to see it was still being made. Badly made
These are made of stamped out plated steel and some of the edges are incredibly sharp. Sliced my finger open whilst trying to set the trap. Also not sensitive enough - bait gone, but trap not tripped.
