Devils claw
I buy this product for a much loved 23 y.o jumping pony with arthritic changes in his front fetlock joints. He stays sound, and continues to jump and win despite having three years of unsoundness previously which didn't respond to any veterinary medications. I don't know if the Devils claw helps, but it smells lovely, and Jimmy likes it, so why not? He's very special. I can't say that I recommend it, because I'm not certain that it really works, and it is a bit pricey. People would have to give it a try and decide for themselves. At least it is a natural product, and not harmful.
