Not for my tank, but might be right for yours.
Honestly, none of my fish liked this, even when I rehydrated it first, and I feel like it contributes to a protein scum when not eaten, but it is supposed to keep fish regular, esp. constipation prone betta. If your fish go for it, then go for this! Mine just weren't fussed, unfortunately. if you can get a small sample to try first all the better!
