Four films starring legendary actor Robert Redford. 'The Natural' (1984) is set in Chicago, in 1924. Teenage baseball genius Roy Hobbs (Redford) is lured to a hotel room by a mysterious seductress (Barabra Hershey) and shot with a silver bullet. Fifteen years later, Roy reappears on the scene and helps lead the New York Knights into a fabulous winning streak, but again the arrival of a beautiful woman (Kim Basinger) threatens the future of his game. In 'The Way We Were' (1973), aspiring writer Hubbell Gardiner (Redford) and Jewish political activist Katie Morosky (Barbra Streisand) meet at college in the 1930s. Although attracted to each other, a romance does not ensue. However, they meet again during the Second World War, beginning an affair which eventually leads to marriage.
