Good product with poor instructions
Poor selection of indistinct images on the instruction sheet - no words at all made assembly very difficult. Got the supports & the grill the wrong way round initially. Pain to have to undo nuts & redo. No mention of the two spanners required to tighten nuts & bolts. All requires more than one pair of hands & guesswork & longer than five minutes! Once in place, the hand tightened nuts (bottom left & right in photo) did their stuff & the guard very secure & fits the Freelander II perfectly. The finish of the parts is very good, no sharp bits or unpainted metalwork. My only complaint on the build quality was that the two sockets which the bolts slotted through were welded inaccurately (maybe just my example?) this caused the right hand bolt to stick out rather compared to the left one (see photo). No problem though. Overall, very pleased with the dog guard. Solid & works well. Would recommend.

Robust dog guard, and easy to assemble
I wanted a product that would not restrict the available space in the boot area (as the legs on some guards do) and this headrest guard does the job perfectly. Easy to assemble and fairly easy to fit (with a bit of manoeuvring) the mesh does not restrict the view out of the rear window.
