Good value, balanced XLR patchbay
A good value patchbay, can be turned around by moving the rack brackets to give either male or female sockets. Gives 16 sockets in a 1U package, so can give you all the inputs you need for a eight input interface and eight way expander - like the Focusrite Sapphire Pro 40 and a Focusrite Octopre. Use another the other way round for all the outs. Would be better if it was split so you could reverse half and use one per unit, but maybe they will think of that themselves sometime - lets hope. All in all a good unit with the advantage of 16 connections in a space commonly occupied by 12. We liked them enough to buy two, with plans to buy more as the system expands.
