Biona for arthritis!
I started using this as I started to get arthritis like symptoms (don't know what the condition actually is). The first bottle significantly lessened the pain and then I changed to Braggs as its more popular, but then went back to Biona as the Braggs had zero effect (the pain came back like nobody's business).
