Cheap and useful!
I prefer this model to the newer ones: it s true you cannot use it under the shower but it will never leave you without battery when you have just done half of a leg! Like the other silk epils you need to pass on the same area many times before it rips all the airs, but it s definetly better than a razor that simply cuts them and it is more handy and cheaper than waxing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product, does what it says
After constantly suffering from shaving rash, and not having the money to keep going for waxing, I decided to get an epilator. Had no idea what to expect from this as it was my first experience but very pleasantly suprised. I have a high pain threshold so the sensation is only mild discomfort. Removes even very short hairs.on first use takes a while but after a few goes, smooth long lasting rash free legs! Note product comes with 2 pronged shaving style plug and no adaptor. Easy to use and works a treat.
I have had the Braun Silk Epil 5 SE5380 for just over a week and am very pleased with it. It's light, simple to use and efficient. The facial epilator is just a cover that creates a smaller cutting area I suppose for greater accuracy - so it's the same cutter just less of it. I don't bother changing the head its fine with the standard cover. I haven't used the freezer pack - haven't needed to. No one can say epilating is pain free but you soon get used to it and its not bad at all, one reason being this epilator is quick. So far so good - no problems.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
