does what it claims
although very thin [stir well] so liable to drip off brush, it readily covers rough engine castings, & covers it well. at the end of a long thin artists brush i could reach awkward areas easily, a bonus of it being thin as it spreads well. the effect on appearance is satisfying & well worth doing. my 50 year old engine bay now looks as new
