This rust killer forms an effective barrier against water and air, preventing the formation of rust on home appliances and other metallic objects. This one litre bottle can be used to prevent blistering of any anti-corrosion wax, paint, or other coating you apply. It converts iron oxides into a complex metal form that locks out oxygen and surface moisture.

Best there is.
This is an excellent product and is backed up by Bilt Hamber's extensive test results. It can be used on new steel to prevent flash rusting and you wash your brushes in water. I usually use two coats of Hydrate 80 then a coat of Bilt Hamber's Electrox zinc spray. These two combined really take some beating.

I bought this to remove surface corrosion on marine diesel engines. It did a great job - all signs of corrosion gone after 24 hours. It is easy to apply and relatively innocuous - although I wore gloves, I didn't fear for my health as much as I've done with other products. I was able to repaint straight on top of the product.

As good a rust converter as you will get.
I have tried a few converters and this is as good as other products such as Rust123. I prefer these types to the apply and wash off kind. I never find any of them a perfect solution and often the rust returns even when following the instructions to the letter. I use this then POR15 followed by DynaxS50.

This stuff is great. A little bit goes a long way and more importantly it works. You need to apply two coats as per the instructions and then once dry there’s no residue and you can paint straight over the top of it...you can even sand it for that perfect finish. I’d recommended this product...it’s much better than other products I’ve tried. 👍🏼

Brilliant product
This quick and easy to use liquid ,made lite work of some really rusty rotten rear metal drainage plugs on the underbelly of my car. After a quick air scourer first , then some Bilt Hamber fluid it made such a difference. The blue'ish fluid was applied, and then i left it on over night to fully get to work on the remaining rust, by the next day it was a nice even dark color ,before using some fiberglass, to finish it off application of under sealer to make it fully water tight . Great and easy to use rust eater 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Will definitely use on any other jobs and recommend to all

Rust treatment
I used this product 20 years ago on my triumph spitfire, and I have had no problems with rust. In my opinion this is the best rust treatment money can buy. I would and have recommended this product. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Good protection level, better than other treatments.
This fluid is quite thick/gloopy and stains skin and that staining is very hard to remove so wear gloves. (The difficulty in removing staining from hands, especially finger nails is probably a good indication of how well it adheres to metal surfaces!) I have used it for a year or so and it provides a very good undercoat for paint on rusted areas. Far better than all the other rust treatments I have used. It dries fast and my best tip is that if you don’t want runs, wipe the blackening saturated surface down with a cloth before it gets too tacky. Once it dries you are stuck with the runs.

Great rust treatment
Found this product a couple of years ago and it is great. Easy to use and certainly does seem to neutralize the rust. Just make sure you wipe the lid of any spillage as when it dries you struggle to get the top off
