Fantastic lens for the price
I got one of these for £250 and its a fantastic addition to my camera. Pictures are sharp, auto focus is quick though a little loud. All round great lens for wildlife and sport

It was what I could afford
I bought the lens to do some long-range photography; which it does. I was prepared to accept that it did not have autofocus and I need to make sure that the lens is stable on a tripod or better a monopod in order to get the sharp detailed images that I am getting.
